A big Thanks to these 2 great threads for being so helpful!

Has anyone found a real/good solution to stop future damage?? What's the best tape, spray, etc?

Wiring harness was chewed through bottom end a year ago. Replaced wiring harness. A year later, same issue again!!!! Chipmunks have now chewed thru top end of wiring harness. Getting ready to rip it apart AGAIN!!! Ugh!!!! What makes them stop damaging my truck??

Honda makes a Rodent Repellent Tape.
I have never used, but I've heard it works well.

    Fair warning.....It's a bit expensive.

I have these on all my vehicles. So far they’ve worked well. Before I had these mice chewed the wires on my truck twice and my riding lawnmower once

Peppermint oil they hate it. BUT...don't get it on your paint! I also use Mouse-X pellets and, of course, cat fur (we have many cats). The Mouse-X isn't dangerous for humans or pets, contains sodium chloride.

Get two. Feed them a little. They can't help but kill things.
