Four peaks seasonal Pumpkin porter and their Double Pumpkin is always good.
I really dig the Bourbon Barrel aged brews that are out there.
Kona brewery puts out some nice Beerz
I also like Tower Station IPA from Mother Road brewery in Flagstaff.
I actually like most beers, not too many i don't like.

I have a sweet tooth so I tend to gravitate towards wheats, whites, wits and Hefeweizens in general. Couple nationally available favorites are Allagash White, UFO White. I’m always looking for new varieties, one that popped up recently is Sycamore Super Fresh.

Can’t stand hoppy bitter beers. Do like a good hazy IPA though.

I drink the budget stuff, Busch light when I'm in the woods, PBR at home, Miller lite at Hooters. Those 3 brands are my go tos.

Rothaus Tannen Zapfle Pils & Bitburger, mainly.

Though I will have Miller Lite when out on the town.

Im slightly biased because I work part time for a really good brewery here in NJ (Ludlam Island Brewery). But I have had a lot of craft beer. I like breweries that can make any beer style really well. Another local to me is my friends brewery, The Seed : A living beer project. Some of my other favorites are Burlington, Hill Farmstead, Elder Pine, and Other Half

Here in phx we have a local brewery that makes a Hatch Chili Beer.
It's VERY good! Very mild heat if any at all, i recommend it.

After reading your post about Hatch Chili Beer I reached for Heartburn Relief tablet. I can only imagine the results the next morning after the first cup of coffee!

It's actually not bad at all, What I get from this beer is the flavor and none of the other side effects that are normally associated with Chilis or peppers.

I need to find a gluten free beer to simmer brats in. I usually use PBR....long story. Yes it involves a wife (not mine) that requires a gluten free menu (RV Camping) and yes, it's a California Wife!

Got recommendation from a buddy that knows his stuff about beer and food. I think I am going to try a Gluten Free IPA to simmer brats in.
Only one other time have I prepped my brats in something else other than PBR and they just were not as good. I saw a recipe that called for
chili flakes to be added....who knows?
