I am currently building a flatbed for my third gen, and am totally lost when it comes to wiring up my taillights. My current plan is to use three seperate circular lights for stop/turn/reverse respectively, but am open to other suggestions. I've read the flatbed info thread, and frankly don't quite understand how to splice the stock taillight housing into these seperate functions. I also see that using a trailer harness is an option, but I'm unsure if this would be the best option. Any and all insight is greatly appreciated! Picture is how the truck sits, currently using temporary magnetic trailer lights[IMG],

Maybe @daveeasa could rig up a harness with bare wires for you to connect to your triple lights and plugs into the stock harness plug.

I built 2nd Gen pigtails in case I needed them to grab the early prototype these guys built:

    https://bigbodytruckco.com/

    but never used them.

3rd gen pigtails wouldn’t be any harder, just more connectors.

if you send me your taillights wire harnesses I can do it. Or if you use the same ones those guys use I can do that or make 3rd gen to 2nd gen converters.

I'd be interested in sending you my harnesses, what would be the best way to get in touch with you?
