I’m Wondering if any chopping would be needed to fit 15x10's with 35x15.50 swampers on my 3rd gen. I got 2 and 2 1/2 wheels spacers with a 3.5 inch lift up front.

You have 2" and 2.5" wheel spacers stacked together (i.e. 4.5" thickness)? A 15" wheel might clear the caliper that way. However, the wheel will the be steering on a 4.5" wider arc, so you will probably need to cut significantly into the firewall and maybe the door to clear the tires.

I have 2 inch spacers on now, But i have another set of 2 1/2 inch spacers. would i need to put the 2 1/2 spacers on instead to fit the wheels?

^2.5" may not be enough. Even the stock 16" wheels have marginal caliper clearance. Some aftermarket 16" wheels don't fit.

Suggest you go with 17" wheels. Leaves room for a brake upgrade. You may find braking power lacking once you upgrade to 35" tires.
