    Pretty you’ll also need hubcentric rings for the adapters to work on your 5 lug…could be wrong but I think it’s 60.1 the hub/bore size for 5 lug and 6 lug is 106mm.

    2005 2wd base 5-lug
    Not sure on the main question but just an FYI the 5-lug bolt pattern is 5x114.3, or 5x4.5 in standard. It's the same as the old Jeep bolt pattern but not the 2007-up Jeep, which is the 5x5 you mentioned.
