Dude the first time I used it was on a bug defense. Wiped us all out pretty quick, and made it hard to hold the rest, but it was a great way to learn "oh, this thing has RADIUS"

Yeah I'm sold. I don't enjoy 380, but I love this. I think it'll be perfect for those new swamp levels.

Totally worthwhile IMO, especially if you're like me and you're gonna rock a full-fire loadout for the vibes. I'm a Pyro at heart.

 

I just want my bugged flamethrower back damnit!!

 

Oh, I absolutely want it. I just don't play enough to see all the trial things.

 

Hopefully Space Marine 2 is good. HD2 is getting a little repetitive.

You're 1000% correct. That's how much I care to search. As far as I am concerned it's still 2/3 of the original game without the third faction and I have lost interest as a result.

 

Play more and drive the story too it. They won't just get added. The "story" progresses based on what the community does. My guess is that we need to get the bugs close to being wiped out and the squids will pop out of the butthole we opened on a planet.

 

It didn't work that way on the original HD. They were part of the game. Theres not really much of a story here, so I'm not sure if you're going to get the big reveal you're hoping for. All three factions were available every season to fight in the original, albeit at different times like you're suggesting. They'd pop when you thought you had 2 under control.

i dont know. Its a good game overall, it just feels incomplete to me compared to the original, and there is nothing new or compelling for me.

 

Played the original. I get that. This is a sequel that takes place after the other factions were all defeated. Are you going to complain that we aren't fighting Cyborgs now, too?

The devs have already said that things are impacted by the community actions. We got to prioritize two missions to get strats in different order and such. I see no reason to thing they don't have a community performance trigger for the arrival of a third faction.

Liberty day came and went.....thought there would be a big announcement or something

 

Is the game dead? I got a PS5 and none of my friends are playing anymore. Played Genshin with the wife and relatives in Japan instead.

 

since i have a new born its been pretty good for me. I'm able to hop one for a mission or two before parent duties call. I'd say its still got a good following, at least while I'm playing.

 

There was an in game announcement. Everyone got a retro set of armor and the Constitution bolt action rifle.

 

yeah, but i was hoping for the release of a new enemy or something
