OEM 17inch Steel Wheels Part number

Hi Guys,

Just got a 2024 Solar Octane and my 16 inch Steel wheelies didn't fit.
I need a winter set of tires/rims/TPMS

Does anyone have the OEM part number for the 17inch Steel wheels for a 2024 Taco? And TPMS sensors too if possible.

I Plan on a set of blizzaks and was told smallest I can get is 265/70 R17

I went to the dealer and on the quote it says, X42768 Black Steel Wheel (STOX)
When I google this is seems to be an aftermarket rim?

Also, I need NUTs, winter wheel nuts for the steelies, dealer said they are something like $400 CAD for a set OMFG, and they are gonna use aftermarket.

I thought aftermarket lug nuts, are not compatible with OEM rims?
So I am wondering is dealer trying to sell me aftermarket rims also?

The wheel you linked to is after market and for a previous gen tacoma and more expensive than toyota brand. I had priced the Toyota brand steelies for my truck and they were $117CDN. I ordered them but then found a set of OEM Off Road wheels from a member on here. So I cancelled the order...sorry I dont have the part #.

 

According to Jeff Lange,a parts guy on here, the part number is 42601-AK011 ,17x7 steel wheel.

 

I also bought Blizzaks at Cdn Tire.

 

I now have a set of centers for sale that I ordered on-line prematurely, that I have no use for, and low demand for yet.

So there's some conflicting info. Someone "confirmed" on that thread AK031 is gray. Multiple others, on this site and different ones, said AK031 is black. (https://www.landcruiserforum.com/threads/17-inch-genuine-toyota-steelies.1713/post-39985)

I'm inclined to agree with the black as being correct. Is there a different part number for gray? I see AK011 (silver?) AK021 (unknown) and AK031 (black).

OEM is not much more and not made in China.

 

Especially when you can wait till a 15-25% off sale and get OEMs for 90 shipped.

 

These appear to be for a 2023.

 

You are correct. They didn't list for a 2024 yet. Did bolt pattern change?? I figured even if they are not correct it gives an idea of what the price range is.

 

Hmm I see a mix....of yes we can use 4Runner 5th Gen, so their steelies are 17x7.5, 139.7 pattern and 106 Bore
others I see are 17x7 17x7.5, 139.7 pattern and 106 Bore

Since the 2024 has a 92.5mm bore, do I need anything special ?
For alloys I thought its recommended to get a hub centric spacer but NOT for steel..

And can I use regular Acorns for lugs, I think its 14x1.5 but dealer said I might need spline?
I didnt want splines...just regular nuts lol

Thanks Dealer actually confirmed today 42601-AK011 are "ugly silvers", I was like but I asked for OEM not what you thought is ugly or not, I can decide on my own color lol!

 

So I saw on the land cruiser formun these fit, Tundra Base Lug Nuts 90942-A1003 and have been searching around and they also should fit the 2024 Tacoma

What about in black? Looking for a black part number.

Just an fyi, I just ordered a full set of winter steels, tires, lug nuts, and TPS from 1010tires
Reasonable price I thought - one minor issue is there is a small (1mm or so) gap at the hub - according to the technical guy I spoke to, they haven't been able to source anything with a more exact fit ( may be bullshit, I dont know either way); not a deal breaker for me as you just have to pay a bit more attention when tightening
