Hi there, I'm new to learning about how power works with this kinda thing so figured I'd ask here.

My future sub setup plan is something like a Rockford Fosgate Prime R2-2X10 with a Rockford Fosgate R2-500X1 amp, would running a 240 amp upgraded alternator and a 750 CCA 935 CA battery be fine? i do plan to also have lighting and a 8k lbs winch as well, ideally using an auxbeam 8 gang for the setup. i really wanna avoid a dual battery system, any advice?

edit: the speakers and tweeters are max 80 watts, Rockford Fosgate R1525X2 for the cab and Rockford Fosgate R1T-S for the tweeters!

Stock alternator and a good battery will be plenty. Unless you plan on maxing out the winch in the dark with all your lights on while bumping. That sub setup is 500 watts RMS which is optimistic so id guess 30 amp draw max. If I were you id just go for it with a stock alternator and battery I don't think you'll have issues plenty of people on here with twice as big a system on a stock battery and alternator. I would get a voltage gauge and if you see voltage starting to drop you can just idle up a little bit.

Thanks for the response, I'll probably just go with the better battery for now and see how it turns out since I needed a new one anyway :)
