I know they would likely nitpick if it came down to it, but anybody have any insight with doing a slight tire upgrade with bigger tire.

Going from 245/70/16 to 265/70 was my plan, but dont want to do anything to take a chance in warranty issues if they arise. Only 4k on the truck but 7 years left on coverage.

Not sure if the minimal gain in tire size worth the chance of complications if there was any.

265/70 is a stock tire size for a trd off-road, so I don’t see an issue.

Very unlikely you’d have any issues with a dealer. 265/70 is stock on other trims with the exact same wheel dimensions.

I’ve upsized to 265/75 from 265/70 on mine and got warranty work done on the driveshaft with no issues whatsoever. It would be really petty to deny warranty for that change in tire size, but I suppose it’s not unheard of for some dealers.

265/75 was my first thought… feel like that is the size to get an honest change in size without lift.
