Anyone else have their cloths, etc turn grayish when cleaning the black part of the front door panels? I was cleaning the drivers front door panel which had some scuffs noticed during delivery when new in 2023. Out of state dealer should have filed a transportation claim within 48 hours but didn't and local dealer could not replace and said selling dealer should have factory rep okay a replacement but never did. At the time I used a little Wolfenstine vinyl treatment on that panel which made it look a little better. Just recently i was cleaning just the bottom of the drivers door panel with Tuff Stuff which I have used before on Toyota plastic panels. I used distilled water on the rest of the door panel (black part) along with the passenger door panel that was not really dirty as I was preparing to put the protectant on. The drivers door cloth and subsequent paper towel got very gray and even the passenger door the the towel gray. Are these panels painted or something in manufacturing? I tried the rear door panels, dashboard and console black plastic with the water and then even spot checked hidden areas with Tuff Stuff and no gray came off. I've read posts complaining about the door panels showing even minor scratches more than other vehicles but nothing like the color coming off on the rag.

It's probably just dirt and sweat mixed with detail products.

I use this for interior plastics...

These brushes work well with the cleaner...

These microfibers or the ones from Costco...

and this for plastic treatment/uv protectant after...

Everything else leaves a greasy mess and irritates skin imo.

That looks like its just the tuff stuff doing its job. I wouldn't clean them regularly with it though, i've found it kind of leaves a residue. Also if you get some aerospace 303 for the interior it is probably the only stuff that has ever exceeded expectations.
Btw, the black portion of my door panels scratches like a lotto ticket if I even look at it wrong.
