    Get it tested for a peace of mind. Packet of Phoenix Systems strips is pretty cheap and you can also test your brake fluid.

    Test it. If it is less than 50% coolant, additives will be too low to protect against the corrosion LONG TERM. So you may have to replace it sooner.
    More than 50% water will allow for better heat transfer, which might be actually good for your climate.
    Keep an eye on the overflow canister. If system has any air, it will pull coolant from the reservoir, as air is purged.

    I used a reverse of 60% coolant to 40% water in my cars in Alaska, to protect in 40 below weather.
