Tacoma Sound upgrade

The current system, any recommendation on what to change, and would installing a front sub would be beneficial? I'm trying to figure out what would improve the sound quality. beside the door, the rear is also sound deadening. Removing the carpet soon to install MLV and Sound dampening on the floor and ceiling.

 

what specifically are you trying to improve that the current system is lacking? it's easy to throw money at it. but as you found, throwing money just means throwing more money later...

also, what speakers are being ran? make/model?

 

Who made/makes the tweeter pods in the doors? Very cool design.

The center dash speaker placement is neat too.

CDT makes some neat components and individual sets with unity tweeters and 6x9 subs for the doors.
