    Can I run 17x8.5 wheels with 265/70/r17 tires with a offset of 0 and bs of 4.75

    You may have some rubbing on the mudflap and cab mount at full lock. A good alignment can resolve that. Usually a 17x8 0 offset is the ideal wheel for that if staying completely stock.

    So a 17x8 with 0mm offset and a 4.5 bs with 265/70/r17 would fit without any rubbing?

    Yes. May have to remove mudflaps. But if get a good alignment with the caster set at the high end you’ll be good to go.
