Hey hey, Scotty here! I just bought a 2022 TRD tacoma long bed with a ARE bump shell. It is higher than the cab (which I'm super stoked about for some more vertical room) but I'm trying to figure out a roof rack situation for longboards (surf). I ride retro boards and classic logs from 9ft to 10.5ft. I don't wanna put stress on the boards from attaching them to just the topper rack; being above the cab and having air speed push on em' too much. Does someone/ a brand make a tall cab roof rack to level out the bumped up shell. (I understand this might be confusing, it's difficult to explain over words, so please hit me up if this doesn't make sense). Slow speeds <40 I'm happy with the boards just being on the topper rack, just looking for more of a long-term, high speed, distance set up. I also don't want it to look too goofy, maybe a storage box underneath the cab rack for wetsuits/stinky stuff. Any ideas would help!
