    Hi all,

I’ve got a horrible clunk coming from both rear leafs. It’s coming from the front where it mounts to the frame.

I’ve had these on for probably 25k miles with no issues.. I fluidfilmed the underside of the truck before winter and noticed some of the leafs were shifting in the pack.
I can recreate the sound by standing on the tailgate and shifting my weight left and right. While driving the sound is low speed while the truck articulates.

I can’t seem to add a video, so I’ve attached a photo to try and help.. (don’t mind my drawings)

Is this movement normal (exaggerated by lubricant)? Or is something broken..

seems weird that it is both drivers and passenger side.

    some welding required
some movement is normal and necessary for articulation. the arrow is pointing to the non-functional side of the plastic sliders. pretty normal looking
