Mine rattles on very rough streets, in both open modes, slid back or tilt. But silent when closed. I havent done anything about.

Due to no details listed about your truck, I assume you have a new 2024...my question is why would you even consider fixing something on a brand new truck which has a warranty?

You're probably right, but that wasn't stated.

I had a clunk/rattle coming from mine on rough roads. It wasn't the actual glass part of the moonroof, it was the sliding cover piece. To test this, I stuffed a stack of napkins between the rear of the cover and the headliner and it stopped the noise (the napkins created pressure between the headliner and the sliding cover).

Once I knew that was where the sound was coming from I took some 2" pipe foam insulation and cut it in half. I made three of these halves and each piece was maybe 12" long. I then fully opened the sliding cover and at the back of it is a plastic piece sort of floating between the sliding cover and the top of the cab. I folded each of the 12" pieces in half and slid them so that one leg was between the sliding cover and the plastic piece and the other leg was on top of the plastic piece and against the top of the cab. I essentially created a "U" with the plastic piece in the middle. Hard to explain in words but I was then able to carefully slide the cover closed and now there's no more rattle.

This of course only works if you don't open your moonroof... which I don't. I honestly have always avoided moonroofs but unfortunately I didn't have a choice with the premium package. If you regularly use your moonroof or want to keep the functionality then you may need to find a different solution.
