    Folks,
I have been running the OME 3in heavy lift for about 80k miles or since about 2018. It's been great, minus some leaf spring squeak. While doing some maintenance under the bed, I noticed that my HD leaf pack is starting to "W". Up front, I've also noticed the nose really diving into dips and corners.

I have the tools and ability to do the replacements myself, so that will save me some cash.
Here's what I'm working with in terms of weight:
    - Front: 125lb aluminum bumper, 50lb winch
    - Rear: ~250lbs of full swing out C4 bumper with full size spare tire and other accessories
    - Rear: ~100lb Alucab topper
    - Rear: 150lbs tent and awning, but only in the summer months.
Rear Grand Total: 350lb-500lbs constant load.

So it looks like about 175lb over stock up front, 350lb-500lbs in the back. I also occasionally haul rocks and cement bags.

In terms of off road use, I don't rock crawl, but do a ton of beach driving and fire trail driving. Lots of whoops and divits, sometimes mudholes. So I don't need crazy travel, but something that will absorb quick, short, extension and compression.

I don't need anything crazy, but also don't have to go with any sort of super tight budget. I was eyeing the ironman foam cell setup as a potential contender, and maybe Deaver leafs? I'm also not in a rush to replace the suspension, so I'm hoping to wait for some black friday deals if anyone can speak to previous year's offerings?
    Thoughts and opinions are appreciated.

Happy to help answer any questions or point you in the right direction. In general, we specialize in tuning Fox/King/Ride shocks specifically for trucks with added weight, just like you have. We also specialize in Tacoma suspension. We have some complete suspension kit options, or depending on what you already have (upper control arms maybe) we can put together a package that is tailored to your needs. Take a peak at our Tacoma section here. As you will see, we only offer Fox, King and Ride Shocks (our own shock brand). In our eyes, these are the top 3 choices when it comes to budget, quality, fitment and tunability. If any of these shock options interest you, we can take a deep dive even further. If you're after comfortably suspension for your modified truck, we've got you covered  Let us know if we can help!

I’ve got the IM Foam Cell Pro on my truck. It is a great all around kit. That said, it’s stiff, a little too stiff. But that’s subjective to the user. With the amount of weight you have, it might not be an issue at all. I chose it for the price point and low maintenance needed and potential to not need to be rebuilt like the higher end kits.

I’ve heard great things about the Dobinsons MRA/MRR, which has adjusters for the 3 stages… stages might not be the right word, but the compression, rebound and something else.

Now with @AccuTune Offroad they'll valve your choice for your truck which is really the best thing to have done. Their rep is really active here on TW and always answering questions. Can’t go wrong with them.

I’m trying to understand the meaning of “foam cell” and coming up short. Is it just filled with some sort of proprietary fluid, aka foam? And it’s supposed to last the life of the shock assembly?
