My daughter purchased a used 2018 Tacoma OffRoad. Since we can't be sure of the maintenance record, what service would those here recommend be performed at this point? It has about 105,000 miles.

Bilstein 6112 front / 5100 rear (extended) shocks, Headstrong AAL, Firestone airbags, 4.88 gears, OME Carrier bearing drop kit, Aluminum 1/4" skids (engine to transfer). Custom sliders (1.75" HREW tube w/ 3/16" base plates). Custom front bumper and high clearance rear bumper (1/4" steel plate, 1.75" tube.) Apex 5500 winch w/synthetic line (36lbs) and required accessories for an underpowered winch (snatch blocks and extra line.) Tekonsha P3 brake controller, remote start, any-time-backup camera w/ front facing camera, Leer 100R shell (w/e-track single slot tie-down mounts for removable Yakima EasyTop.) Cat shields by CaliRaised. Husky liners, window tint, heated seat (passenger only.) Relentless bed rail brackets with QuickFists (shovel/axe/fire extinguisher.) Hondo Garage Un-holey vent mount. Anytime rear with front facing camera. Billet front seat risers. Viair 88p. 265/75r16 Goodyear Ultra-terrain tires.
So you can't find any maintenance records? If not then over the next 5k miles you could:

Engine oil/filter change (check air filter)
Check cabin filter and change if nasty (in glove box)
differential oil change (front and rear.. I assume 4wd)
drain/fill transmission if an automatic (search the forum here for an approach)
    Check/maintain proper coolant level.
Spark plugs could be the original set (if so it's time.)

Enjoy it until it needs something else.

Change all your fluids, differential(s), oil, brake, steering, trans, and your plugs. I think the 2018 still have zerks on the driveshaft too. Probably yourself, it’s much cheaper.

Any used vehicle of age I typically like to replace all fluids and filters. Suspension components need checked as well. If in the rust belt then check the underside and under the hood for suspect corrosion. I've noticed the crimp style grounds in the engine bay love to get the green crusties.

While you're replacing all the fluids and filters check the brakes too.

I’d change the coolant. I got a used truck once that had issues in every complaint of the cooling system. My theory is that the previous owner filled it with river water or something.
