Will you guys be doing a kit for just a single 20" bar as well?

 

It doesn't fit.
They did it this way because the s8 20" is too wide and the only way to install it is to cut the side walls of the light bar pocket... We made a bracket and installed one on a customer's truck but he was aware that we would have to do that. It works good and looks better than the 2 s2s on the side but on the other hand... the S8 20" can only be a single color, this setup could be wired to have clear center and side ambers, I like that.

 

I like the use of mutiple lamps the S2s could also be used as a DRL.

 

If you find the right dealer... you could have SAE S2s and standard S8 in that kit, you can have street legal DRLs

 

Makes sense, I have seen a kit online for this type of install. I think I just prefer the clean look of one solid bar. Maybe this set up will grow on me if I see it in the wild.

 

Wish someone had made a faceplace cover like that one for the Diode Dynamics 18" so that it had a uniform clean surround.
