looks like coils and leaf springs are cast and manufactured in Australia. Shocks appear to be assembled there as well. Couldn't find a Made in XYZ stamp on my full Dobinson's lift but it sure feels like high quality stuff to me.

I emailed them. The shocks are made in China. I guess I’m biased since my wife is from Taiwan. China wants to invade Taiwan.

 

Graduated to 35's today! Falken AT4W's in 35x11.5r17 on Relation Racewheels RR7H's Matte Black -13 Offset 17x8.5. These weigh in at 68lbs in C load, prior 295/70r17 Mickey Thompson Baja Boss AT's E rated were 71lbs. Next is a fender trim and C4 front liners.

I think usually you can do it by just pulling the grill.

Have a closer look at that. Are you sure that the actuator joint did not jump from? The locking mechanism in the tailgate?

I changed mine at 151000 klms. They were still in good shape but I have noticed an improvement in acceleration with the new plugs.

 

I got smoked off the line by a 4th gen sr5. I held on pretty good though. Chirped hard into second. He had about half a length on me until 55-60 and he backed off to turn. Also my truck has been tuned, and I said I wasn’t gonna race people anymore

 

The takeaway is : Thicker non synthetic oils cling better and have better water separation. Thanks! Oh and go with Lucas 85w140

Well yeah, same HP but the I4 Turbo has 317 lb.-ft. @ 1700 rpm vs out V6's 265 lb.-ft. @ 4600 rpm, that is almost instant torque... But no V6 is why I bought a 2023 vs a 2024...
