I have a 2012, 4wd with a 3 inch lift. I have recently changed the upper control arms and put new tie rods on. Before it just had the stock ucas. I decided to change the tie rods while I was in there.
I then took it to get aligned. The shop I took it to is saying that they cannot do it with out me buying lcas .
He aligned the toe the best he could but told me to put those on and come back.
I’ve read mixed reviews of this shop so posting for a second opinion.

Currently the truck is now rubbing, but my main concern is the fact that it is bouncing around everywhere. It tracks pretty straight driving down the road, but if I hit even a pot hole it sends me all over the place. Walking/wandering etc

Your cams are probably seized on your LCA.

Very common to need to replace the lca and bolts because they are seized. Generally a bitch of a job too

I don’t have the print out of the alignment but I remember
Driver side: toe in(.06), caster 5%, camber (.06)

    pass side: toe in(.06) caster 5%, camber(.01)

The cam bolts seemed to still be moving? Are you meaning they are seized through the bushing?

I know one of the three tabs, of the gusset that the cam bolt fits through was flatted out.
