Full disclosure - none of this is installed yet so there's still a chance of something being wrong here. It's been knocked down a bit in priority as my "bucking" also vanished weekend before last after doing some heavy towing, didn't show any signs of slipping; 4 runs of fill dirt in a dump trailer, maneuvering in grass in 4-low; the "running out of daylight, give me a little extra" load was probably well over 6000# - the 4.0 handled this a lot better than in my old 3G, I'm happy the 3G guys are happy with their towing performance; but now I am finally happy.

    Flywheel: 13405-31081
    Flywheel Bolts (8): 90105-10294
Aisin Clutch Cover (Pressure Plate): 31210-60280
    Pressure Plate Bolts (6): 90119-A0234
    Aisin Clutch Disc: 31250-35452
Aisin Clutch Bearing: 31230-60231 (I am opting for the URD kit, which they said uses this P/N, but the one in their kit is bored out to suit the sleeve's larger OD)
    Fork & Boot Assembly: 31204-35060
    Fork Pivot: 31236-35050
    Clutch Master: 31420-04010
    Clutch Slave: 31470-35181
Clutch Flex Hose (Pressure Side): 90947-A2008
Clutch Reservior to Master Hose: Wilwood 220-3357 (OEM was $62+ for a straight piece of hose, I possibly could have stomached $20-30 just to say it's 100% OEM, but drew the line and went with this for $6-7)

    Edit:

    Shifter Bushing: 33548-60040
    Flywheel dowel pins (3): 90250-10017

Thanks @moon22 Most of those match up with what I had. Not sure I need a new fork/boot assembly but maybe I'll toss it in, just in case. This is gonna be an expensive clutch job lol

Yeah, but my reasoning is A) this stuff lasted 200k on round 1, and B) would you pay a few hundred more to have better odds of not having to go back in there? Doesn't appear to be a totally fool proof option, but I think this is as close as one can get. I'm also potentially going back to school and apartment life so I definitely DO NOT want any issues with my transportation during that period. I did also get a screaming deal on my truck though, and it's in fantastic shape, so I had a little money left in the budget to go HAM on my refurbishment party (and it's not at all a bad example to sink money in to). Even staying stock, these things drain your wallet!

That said, wait for black Friday if you can. I source almost all my parts from Lewis Toyota in Topeka, good pricing to begin with but like last year they'll probably have a 15-25% off sale with free shipping and no tax (they had a 3 day 20% off sale last weekend so I decided to risk paying 5% more to get ahead of the BF madness). The savings really stack up quickly. Caveat is they'll be swamped with orders at that time so order ASAP for best chance of being toward the front of the line for shipping and ensuring a little is out of stock as possible - last year I ordered a bunch of odds and ends, and one back ordered bolt had my stuff waiting for almost 3 months before shipping. You can place multiple orders in my experience, so you can break it up a little at well to improve odds. I'm knocking on the door of 5 figures spent with them for this project so I've got the drill down pretty well you could say. Haven't done the math but I may be sitting at around 50% off list relative to buying at my local dealer who will no longer discount whatsoever, no matter what you're getting or how large the order..and while I'd prefer to deal locally, on top of the extreme savings, everything gets dropped on my porch no less and I don't have to deal with the mouth breathers at the counter. Very much their loss!

If you're buying a new flywheel and not having your old one resurfaced, don't forget to add the straight pin/dowel locating pins Toyota 90250-10017. You'll need (3) of them. Much easier than removing and re-inserting the old ones, but either way, don't forget to add them! I learned this the hard way.

Yeah, when I did my 6spd swap, I bought all new parts and didn't have old parts to compare, nor did I pay close enough attention to the manual/diagram. Not having the dowel pins in place on the flywheel resulted in serious jutter when modulating. A TW member here caught my mistake from this picture. Removing everything and installing the pins immediately fixed the issue but doing so made for a long couple of days.

Good catch - will get those on order!

I forgot to list the bushing for the shifter as well, 33548-60040. Will add to my initial post.

I realize this is an older post. Do you know how many miles you put on your truck in that 2.5 years, or after the fix you shared? Thanks.

I've put about 35,000km on the truck with my URD Sleeve Kit and TSB combo fix, no chirp return yet.
