Alright folks. I've purchased a sleep aid. I've never used one of these things before so we'll see how it goes. Got a little pillow and one of those foot things for riding in the plane to make it more comfortable.

I'm contemplating trying a sleep aid tonight to see how it works on me, but I don't want to fall asleep during the ravens game tonight and I don't want to be groggy for work in the morning.

 

I always used a few Baileys over ice as a sleep aid on TransAtlantic flights. But it worked for me.

Alcohol worked for me too on a few of them.. not a lot of alcohol, just a bit
I also used to take my neck trauma collar - so I could sleep in the seat without my neck getting all messed up; it took up less space than one of those neck pillows..
