I have a 2008 tacoma with a 6in pro comp lift. My driverside knuckle is bent and causing bad tire wear. Knuckles part # is(90-4130). They don't make the kit or that part anymore. So I'm wondering what to do. Is there any other knuckle I can replace it or both knuckles with. Without having to get a whole new lift kit. Thanks

Yea I talked to 4 wheel parts since that's who installed it and they told me i couldn't just get new knuckles from a different brand. But it seems to me like any 6in lift knuckles would work. But he told me I'd have to buy a whole new lift kit.

Nah, you should be able to just use any knuckles suited for a 4.5-6" lift. Not including 2wd lift spindles.

It was bent when I bought it and didn't realize it was bent till I went to get an allignment. They told me it was and that it was causing the bad tire wear. The tie rod is also maxed out on the threads. And they told me it was due to the bend.

Right on I thought so since it's connected to factory parts like tie rods end links etc. I think I'll just order the one off the link you sent. I appreciate the help.

Alright thanks for letting me know. I just noticed my truck has a different sway bar aswell that's part of the kit. So if think I'd also have to get an oem sway bar and drop bracket. Or I could just go without a sway bar. Do you think it'd be fine with no sway bar I'm running 35s the sway bar it has makes the end links inverted basically.

Wait a minute, did you make a reddit post about your DB lift? I remember seeing it lmao. The picture gave it away. I'd advise against going no sway bar with a 6" lift but you can remove it and see how it is for yourself. If your current sway bar doesn't mesh well with the new knuckles you could look for a cheap oem takeoff on marketplace. However, your current setup should work.

    FYI,
There is a small difference in the drop-down distance between Rough Country drop brackets (3¼") and your ProComp brackets (closer to 4")... Those RC knuckles might work on it, but the camber curve throughout the suspension's travel might change slightly because they're ¾" shorter (this could slightly affect the toe alignment too). Not sure if it would be enough to matter, but do check for things like the UCA hitting the coil spring at full droop after you swap the knuckles. If they do hit, aftermarket UCAs should help.
If you can find a set of BDS or Fabtech knuckles for it, they should be a closer match to your ProComp kit's brackets.

I can't tell a whole lot in your pics, but from what I do see, your swaybar appears OEM, but the end links do not. Both RC and BDS mount the end links to the knuckle in the OEM orientation with the OEM links (Fabtech's looks inverted like yours are). Maybe what you have will work, depending... If not, then it should be you just need to source OEM links for it.

How well the truck handles without the bar will depend on those shocks. I have Fox 2.5 DSC adjustables and it's fine without the bar. But if the shocks are not very firm or just plain wore out, it could get a little sloppy in turns. Best course of action is take off both end links, secure the bar and then drive it around. If you're OK with it, then pull the whole bar off completely.

Thankyou this was extremely helpful I think they just flipped the stabilizer on my lift. The end links are oem design, I replaced them. I'm going to check out the other brand knuckles to see what would fit best.

Ah, just found the thread again. Definitely different rig. The rub marks on your sway bar is what made me remember the thread lol. Here's the comparison

Update pro comp got back to me finally today
They sent me a link to the knuckles on Amazon only $150 for both they said it's the wrong part number and picture but assured me it's the pair of knuckles for my lift. So if anyone else needs them here is what to look up. Pro Comp 57396B2 Lift Kit.
