San Jose 6MT, AC, 4x4, 139k miles

Up for sale is a 2006 Tacoma 4x4, SR5, 6MT. 138K miles 2nd owner, full service history, records, receipts. well built and maintained camping and exploring rig. This truck was originally built at Nummi in Fremont and has been in the bay area its whole life. Only selling to move up to a full size rig.
This truck is unique because it started out as a stock SR5 trim prerunner and had the 4x4 conversion done with Wyatt Scott/RockSolid Toys. It is extremely well done with interior factory appearance and better than stock performance. OEM++ was the goal for the build. It uses a manual J shift transfer case from an FJ cruiser. URD short shift and throw-out bearing kit installed in the 6MT trans. The front differential/drive line is a non-add unit out of a 4th gen v8 4runner installed with a diff drop kit, no vibrations or noises. All of these parts are 100% bolt on and no fabrication is required. 4hi/4lo works seamlessly due to it being manual and the original truck does not have a 4wd ECU. Rear axle is factory TRD e-locker with stock gears.

Wheels/tires: factory 16" FJ cruiser wheels (qty 5). 255/85/16 Geolander MTs (<5k miles) 2023 date code. Full size spare mounted in stock location under bed

Suspension: Icon mid-travel front/rear. MCM fab uniball UCA, Icon 2.5" CDCV remote res. extended length dampers 700lb spring rate. Rear all-pro expo leaf pack +500lb nominal weight. Icon 2.0 smooth body extended length shocks, Icon hydraulic bump stops. extended stainless braided rear brake line. Front/rear diff breathers

Armor: Front bumper is NWTI winch bumper with smitybuilt XRC 9.5k winch. 100ft synthetic line. Baja designs amber squadron and S2 driving/combo light mounted in bumper. BAMF front skid plate. Custom fabricated bolt on sliders. Rear plate bumper with relentless fab flip-up license plate with high clearance hitch. Full width swing out with tire/jerry can holder

Interior: updated double din kenwood headunit, Carhart seat covers, weather tech floor mats front/rear
Exterior: Front runner roof top tent and bed rack setup. Tent is great low profile, high quality, warm and waterproof. Enough room for 2 adults and large dog. It also comes with a light kit installed. Always aired out out and dried inside, kept off truck when not in use. Cover is in great condition no holes or rips. Modular mid height bed rack in back. Sets the tent perfectly inline with the roof height.
The paint is showing its age, with some sun checking on the roof current reg and clean title in hand.
