Can you help identify what this panel is called?

I punched a hole in the front corner of my 2017 Tacoma while turning into a parking space. I’m looking for a replacement part, but I don’t know what to call it. It’s the orange plastic below the headlight and to the right of the fog light in the picture.

Correct, that is the entire bumper cover. It also comes unfinished and unpainted.
You could look at auto recyclers to find the same paint code,,, but due to environmental and a lot of other variables, none will match perfectly. As to how close? Depends on the bumper you find,, which makes the search difficult if you want it to match (or even closely).
