2011 Toyota Tacoma bed question. Missing bolts?

I just noticed I might be missing some bolts out of the back of my 2011 Toyota Tacoma's bed. I've got these holes on either side of the rear of my bed, up near the rail. Same hole on each side of the bed. I don't see any threads inside the hole.

Can anybody confirm if a bolt is supposed to be there?

It's not a bolt. Little plastic retainers go there. They get destroyed by the sun. Crack and fall out. You can look up the OEM ones or just grab a random pack from any local auto parts store. They are the same as the ones that hold down the plastic panel in the front under the hood over the cowl. Any plastic push in plug that fills the hole will do.
