255/85r16 stock sr5 wheels with or without lift. Let’s see it.

Been researching and deciding whether to get new wheels and tires or just stick with my sr5 wheels and upgrade to 255/85r16 tires and 6112 suspension? Let’s see some sr5 wheels with 255’s.

 

I know this is an old post, did you end up doing 255/85/16 on your stock wheels? I have a set of those wheels and was wondering how the backspacing worked out. I am having a hard time finding if they are the same measurements as the TRD offroad wheels.

 

There are folks over in the big 255/85r16 thread who use those wheels. I remember a picture of a stock truck with those nicer SR5 wheels (like on my 2022, same wheels as you) and he had the tires stuffed/flexed on the trail pretty good. Seems to work well

I am ordering mine soon but I have a 2 inch suspension lift
