first post here so forgive me if I make a mistake...

I'm currently trying to bring my regular cab tacoma back from the dead and one of the items is finding replacement glass for my snugtop canopy.

I'm missing the trim, pop lock, and locking slider bars.

does anyone know where I can get replacement glass or does anyone have any of these items for sale? I have already asked snugtop and they have discontinued this model.

    thanks everyone for your help.

Maybe go to a junkyard and rebuild your own.

Try your local camper dealer - that's the expensive route.
Craigslist or junkyard like @Five recommended.

@kelo13: I would contact your local SnugTop dealer, get the model & serial number of your shell and inquire about the missing parts & hardware that you need to refurbish your shell to make it functional again. If the company doesn't make the glass any more or have the missing hardware, you're going to have to look online for the parts from other sources. I had a similiar problem with finding replacement parts for my Glasstite shell, went online for parts, and found that Glasstite/Raven was bought out by BrandFX. I was able to only locate some of the parts needed. The rest I had to have fabricated at a local plastic supply shop to replace a front sliding window handle that fell apart after 20 years of being in the sun. I've also had the gas prop shocks for the rear door replaced a few months ago as well.

The missing glass can be replaced with plexiglass cut into the shape of your rear door. I don't know if you will be able to see out your rear view mirror very clearly with the plexiglass installed on the rear door though. I would make a template from a large piece of cardboard, draw the shape, cut it out to fit into the rear door, and go to a place like Tapp Plastics to have a piece of plexiglass custom cut for you. Or you can buy a piece of plexiglass from a hardware store like Home Depot, etc., use a Dremel tool, and cut it to your specifications. I would like to see you finish your project successfully and will be watching your thread.

Has Anyone ever found a Snugtop Rebel Rear Window CAD File? I have a waterjet and am in the process of replaceing all the windows on my rebel with charcoal polycarbon and instead of removing and creating a template that I import, it would be a lot easier if I could just cut them with my waterjet...

If you have the frame, just cut a piece of cardboard until you can get it to fit. Then you can measure it and put it into CAD software of your choice. That’s what I did when someone smashed out the side window on my ARE MX.
