2013 red double cab trd pre runner
Hey I’m looking to purchase some rims for my 2013 Toyota Tacoma pre runner. I want some rims that’ll go good with the paint which is barracuda Red. I’m ok with going from 16 inches to 17 inches. I’m mostly looking black rims or chrome and a real aggressive all terrain tire that’s not to expensive . My truck has a stock ride height and I don’t want any scrubbing so I’m asking for help. Any recommendations with the rim and tire size would be appreciated. I don’t know I’m thinking about a black rim with chrome accents or something like that. And I don’t really want anything that’ll cause the wheel to poke far from under the truck. I don’t really understand positive and negative offset but I want something that’s poking a little bit out from under the fender but not a lot or no poke is fine

I only consider bead grip or Icon rebound because this is an off road truck.
If a bead grip wheel is $250 and a non bead grip wheel is $250 I am not going to be blowing money on the latter that failed the basics, failed to compete, and offers zero upgrade.

beyond that spoke style is your preference.
Some say more spokes are stronger to have more spokes distributing the load.

chrome is ugly. And known to weaken metallurgy.
