My aftermarket cat is smoked. And the shop i had install it immediately backpedaled and said I probably.backfired even though it's still under warranty with only 4k miles... I hate people.

For me it's just been life. The Tacoma and 4runner still good, minus the paint but looking to get the Tacoma resprayed once I finish the foundation on my property. 6.0 powerstroke been great so far.

Yeah life here too. My back has been thrashed for 15 years. It’s hanging on by a thread most days. Going in for a double fusion on 12/23. It should make my life much better, I was just hoping to put this procedure off until I retire in 2-3 years. But, that’s life. The Raptor is tits. Awesome truck in every facet, but again just not a Toyota.

 

Recently got a deal on some used OEM fuel injectors for a S/C install. But I need to replace the O-Rings. Is something like this fine? https://theinjectorshop.com/product...5-2015-top-feed-fuel-injector-o-ring-seal-kit

Or any other suggestions for quality O-Rings, don't want to get the cheapest thing, only to end up with seal/leak issues.

 

I can’t speak for the quality of those seals, but I am pretty certain you can purchase the isolates & orings from toyota. I don’t have part numbers handy though.

I hear you entirely. Mine has been wrecked since I was 24. It's only gotten worse over time. Going on 35 here at the end of the month. Some days are great, others I'm on my deathbed. A kid doesn't help the situation either but here we are. Here's to hoping you have nothing but good days ahead of you.

 

Thanks. I gotta admit I’m a little nervous. My surgeon is very confident about me returning to work in the time frame he gave me despite how bad my back is. Same thing here. Good and bad days but always in pain to some extent. Just worried that when I wake up I don’t hear” it’s even worse then we thought” and “your done working” that’s my fear in a nutshell. Trying to stay optimistic…..

 

23250b is the o rings and
23291 is the isolators.

Fabricated a 3.5” MAF tube for some upcoming improvements. Unfortunately with the shit weather coming in, I probably won’t get things put together until spring.

That's dicey man. A fusion despite today's technology is still what it is at the end of the day. I need surgery as well but I'm not working anymore and can't do a whole lot of much without being really careful. It's a slippery slope when it comes to the spine. Be strong brother. I feel your pain, literally.
