    And its good up here. Yeah still running the fence company and opening up a powder coating company up here too. So been very busy. Whit tore her ACL again so she has been dealing with that for the last year and needs to go back into surgery after thanksgiving.

    Looking at moving to Hurricane UT. Its only 3200ft there and doesn't get as cold. Southern Utah is really pretty. So time to explore. Ive been over Phoenix my whole life.

    My brother is outside of Boise. Im not gonna lie, ive been looking at houses up there also.
    You can get a lot more in Idaho than Utah for the money. Im looking at 500k new build in Utah in this bidenomics economy.

    The plan is to prep for shit to get better soon. If those rates can get under 4% and build costs go down. Utah is manageable.

    I will be renting this house in Mesa. The 2.7% interest is too good to not keep until its paid off.

    Yeah we looked in Idaho too. You can get allot land/house for the money thats for sure. And if you can afford to keep the house and rent it out that is a great asset to keep.

    Lyd and I are trying to do something similar. We have such a great rate on our house now and we have a ton of equity.. so trying to rent it out (no HOA rental next to DT Chandler = $$$) and move up to Prescott.
