My mechanic just informed me that my prop shaft is damaged and need to be replaced. It looks like something hit the shaft and dented it which has resulted in a vibration.
Does anyone have any recommendations for places to shop for a replacement prop shaft?
I've been looking around and it seems to be difficult to find one for my model truck.
2006 base model 2.7 rwd auto access cab. The wheelbase is 127 and the truck has a 6 foot bed.
One place ran my VIN and told me my truck was a manual, It's definitely a factory automatic and I think the prop is different for each type of transmission.
    Any help is greatly appreciated.

Depending on where you live, a local driveshaft/transmission shop may be able to sort you out.

I'd go this route. It is bound to be cheaper and better all around.
