Damn. I was hoping yall werent going to say that. But what could it be if oil and coolant levels are the same, reservoir and radiator level never drop. . Cooling system Compression test came back flawless. ECU was tested..flawless. oil...after about 200 miles of driving after oil change is at the same level. Looks clean.

Small lift, slightly oversized tires, well...
May be a small crack in the head or a head gasket that's on it's way out. In the right place, neither situation would put coolant in the oil.

With that said, it's weird that you could pass a cooling pressure test...unless the engine was warm and your problem arises when cold.

Not sure if this applies but...... I had a Mazda 626 back in the day that smoked like that when cold but was fine once it warmed up. The mechanic said that the valvle guides were going bad. Unfortunately the cost to fix it was more than the car was worth.

Looks like condensation to me. Coolant tends not to dissipate as quickly as water vapor. Oil smoke would have a bluish tint and a distinct smell.
Leakdown test is normally performed to inspect for internal coolant leakage. Or a block test fluid can be used. Or removing the radiator cap and sniffing the coolant while at idle with a gas analyzer.

But I gotta ask. Why does it smell sweet. Coolant level is the same!

My 19 with 30K burns off some condensation in the morning when I start it. My truck is garaged and I live in So Cal where it's not that cold and the air is fairly dry. Cold overnight temps and some humidity could be the cause of that. I had a 90 truck that blew a head gasket and was smoking a little. A plug inspection revealed what was going on. I also had a 91 4 Runner that had a cracked head and would smoke after the engine warmed up. If it stops smoking after it warms, it's likely just condensation being burned off.

Can't answer that. Bottom line, if it's not overheating or using coolant, then you're probably okay. Keep a close eye on fluid levels and temp readings. If you are still concerned then go ahead with further testing.

I'm in the condensation camp. Cool damp air this time of year can create quite a bit of vapor. Seen in with all my vehicles over the years and had a few "uh oh" reactions too until I remembered.

with winter here now, if its cold outside i would guess it is just the condensation in the exhaust.

I don't think that you have anything to worry about. You stated that you only drive it a couple of times per week. How long are the trips?

Now that the weather is getting colder you probably have more moisture built up in the crankcase which is going to get burned off when you run it. Check the oil cap - it may be sludgy. If it is take the truck on a good run for 1/2 an hour or more and let the revs build up some (2500-3000 rpm). It may just need to be run more often or for longer periods.

Keep checking the oil and coolant once a week just to sleep better at night. I wouldn't worry about it. Mine was the same when it sat around. It's better now that its daily driven.
