Being very attentive to my truck the 48 hours as I officially discovered I have a blown head gasket. Today I just started having a concerning clunk while accelerating at minor speeds. I can make it happen consistent in 1 situation so far

While going about 60 km/h I sit at around 1200 rpm. When giving it a small press of the pedal it clunks and shakes the truck. Noise reminds me of when I activate my 4x4 and it doesn't engage in the smoothest fashion. I also notice the rpm doesn't seem to change much at all which makes me think it isn't transmission.

Throwing dust into the wind but wanted to give it a shot as its uncomforting to drive right now.

Head gasket shouldn't be causing an issue like this I don't think

Edit** Turns out it was some nasty mis fires due to the gasket failure
