I started early this year.

 

Cheesecake is definitely not my favorite dessert. But, it can be pretty good.

 

I once dated a girl whose mom had won several awards for her cheesecakes.

Before one of the contests she made some sample ones and I tried two of them.

I'm not sure what she was up against but hers were not very good. She still managed to win that contest so... I'm guessing cheesecake is harder to make than it looks.

 

Was she hot? Pics?

 

I would bet that you are correct! I really haven't tried any baking or cooking many desserts, but it seems to require some level of precision and finesse that I don't always possess.

But, I really do appreciate a good dessert. A lot of places in Florida have good key lime pie. One of my favorite desserts is a Schaum torte. I've had it at a few supper clubs, and when it's good, it is really fucking good!

 

It's a magical, wonderful thing!
