Rough Cold Starts

First Post! I have a 2015 TRD off road with the 4 liter and 6 speed. I live in a cold climate and recently have been having rough cold starts. The truck will crank several times and then seems like it isn’t getting fuel. If I step on the gas while cranking, it will start. Truck has no other issues that I know of. It starts perfectly in warm weather and after the engine is warm. I’d love some ideas on other diagnostic things I can do. Things I have tried/tested:

• Battery voltage is 12.5 while off and 13.5 while running
• MAF sensor cleaned
• New air filter
• Codes: C1241, C1452
