Hello, I am 21 and I don't have health insurance. I want to get some but I have no idea what to do. I am looking to pay as little (or nothing) as possible. I am in California. Are there any free state programs I can sign up for?

You could do what i did, join the Air National Guard. Get that tricare insurance!
