Hi guys, I got two problems, my passenger door handles choose when they want to work and my door doesn't stay closed.

    Timeline:
    • About 5 months ago, I noticed my interior passenger door handle was getting sticky.
    • About 1 month ago, the outside handle on the same door started needing "much more force and up-ness to open."
    • Now last week I noticed my door doesn't stay closed. Driving down the freeway I noticed my door rattling and then started getting a lot of wind noise like my door was wholly open.

    So far:
    • I semi fixed the door handles by decreasing and lubing everything, my exterior door handle is still broken but they unlock properly now. About 70% successes rate.
I might need pointers on how to fully resolve this, should I just fully change the whole thing? Also, how would I go about changing the locks to automatic locks?
    • The door still doesn't stay closed and I noticed my latch doesn't fully latch? Or fully engage? Is it supposed to go further?
    Refer to image.
