few weeks ago i was working on my driveway extension and my dog ev wanted to watch what we were doing so she would lay here and watch me and the gf work lol

 

Officially retired today. More time for this.

He was a neglected/resque puppy we got July 4th

Has gained 20+ pounds since then

Shared this picture in the weekly photography challenge thread. Luna is a rescue. My son found her roaming the paintball field in Pearl City Hawaii while stationed there. We believe that she was a breeder and later a bait dog as she has clearly had multiple litters and her body is covered in bite marks and scars. She struggles with extreme anxiety. This was yet another moment where she without talking communicated what it feels like to be loved.

 

Saved this girl just over a month ago. Has some medical stuff going on. Blind in one eye. Super sweet though. Glad to get her away from the shelter. My two senior dogs are annoyed with the puppy but enjoying it mostly lol.
