Hi so as the title says I have a chirp/squeak, im able to duplicate the noise by moving the truck fowards and backwards.
    Parts I have installed:
    6112/5160
    Ome Dakar EL122RA-RB
    Jba uca
    oem lca
    new balljoints
    New rack and pinion bushings
    New driveline
    New wheel bearings
    Carrier bearing drop

This only happened after I took a roundabout pretty fast o_O

Everything is torqued (I know I have to recheck them all after a certain time) I'm just lost

Also have a squeal that happens only in the morning when it's cold, goes away after I drive it for about 3 minutes, has newish belts.

All help is appreciated, thank you!! It's driving me crazy!!

Another side thing, is there a company that makes alignment shims where I don't need to bolt it to my leaf pack? I really don't wanna pull it apart and dealing with the hassle lol

Will post build thread for those that where interested!

Also laid underneath truck and really couldn't pinpoint if it's front or rear, I sounds more frontal with the door shut and window down, but when I open the door it sound like the middle, when I'm outside of the truck it kinda sounds like the rear I'm lost

Might be a swaybar bushing, but it could really be anything. Post a video when you get a chance.

Hood latch can make that noise. Adjust your rubber stops up a little.

what wheel bearings you use in there?
doublecheck and verify those are not the culprit from the roundabout incident :notsure:

I had a grinding noise when turning. It was the sway bar end links. Easy enough to check I disconnect them and noise went away.

You said you could duplicate the chirp. Maybe spray spots one at a time with lube, test and spray another till you find it. Like leaf bushings, exhaust hangers, body mounts etc.

You said you replaced the driveline- what parts? What you’re describing is very similar to the chirp I was hearing when my u-joints were bad. Specifically the one that was chirping was the very rear where the DS meets the diff, but I replaced all of them.
If you’re replaced the whole driveshaft, was it new or used?

Brand spanking new, I might have fixed it. Checked torque on everything I replaced and a few things needed some tightening. Taking it out in the woods tomorrow so we'll see what happens
