It has a new timing belt and all marks on camshafts and the one on the crankshafts are lined up it would only run like this before the timing belt replacement. The engine light says knock sensor would that cause it to only run when plug wires are swapped ??

Please explain what you mean by "plug wires are swapped". Which wires/plugs? Did you replace the timing belt yourself?

Plug wires 6 and 4 are swapped. Yes I replaced the timing belt myself and everything went smooth I thought so and it was running like this before the timing belt got replaced.I have codes p0330 and p0325 but my question is will the knock sensors cause it to only run like this with those plugs swapped. I’m stuck on this situation and when I got the truck the wires must have already been switched because I noticed it after doing the plugs wires and coils.

Let's start with the easy stuff.
Are the plug wire ran correct?

No I have 6 and 4 swapped that’s the only way I can get it to run and that’s how I think I got. I just recently purchased it

The knock sensors both connect at plug ED1.
Make sure it is plugged in.

Looks like it's right on top of the timing cover.
I think it will have a black, a grey, and a brown wire.
