I have a 2001 Tacoma v6 3.4 pre runner, I’ve been hearing this thumping noise that I can hear and I can’t pinpoint to where exactly it is coming from. When I accelerate its speeds up, but then eventually disappears after I speed up enough. My truck is also idling a bit rough, nothing too crazy. I changed my catalytic converters (both of them), mass airflow sensor, throttle body sensor, coil packs, and spark plugs, PCV valve, and radiator.

Keep going. You’ll have a new truck soon.
