I grew up on VW's and have read Hot VWs Magazine since I was 14, now 48. Off Road racing coverage has always been in the magazine and Judy Smith wrote about her experiences at the races and being a racer in her editorial each month. Her writing directed me to this day. Pretty freakin cool.

This is a video I made last year of my NIMS computer numerical control (CNC) certification project. Its done on a FADEL, 3 axis vertical mill. Some tolerances were to .002 of an inch. A common sheet of a notebook paper is .004. Twice as large (thick).

Boiler plate. A certification from the National Institute for Metalworking Skills (NIMS) is meant to validate skills in advanced manufacturing. It highlights education and training, and endorses a persons capabilities as a machinist or specialist.

Sorry, not allowed. You can still list the pic for our enjoyment.

Pic has to be snapped after the weeks theme is listed.

Don't hate on me, I didn't make the rules.
