I’m new here, but am interested if anyone has any maintenance tips or recommendations for mods that will prolong the life of my high mileage 2009 Tacoma (everything is stock)

little background, I bought the truck 6 years ago which had 125,000 miles at the time. It has 234,000 now. I’ve just been doing the normal oil changes and basic little maintenance things to it since then. The car runs great never any issues. Just curious

Just keep doing what you are doing. If it ain’t broke don’t try to fix it.

If you aren't already doing it, at every oil change lube the gas cap door hinge.

Grease the u-joints when you change the oil. Change the spark plugs if you haven't yet. Change differential and transfer case(if 4wd) fluid. Maybe do a transmission drain and refill (not a flush).
