Radiator Mount Question.

2010 tocom sport

Passenger side headlight no power

I have a 2010 Tacoma and put a new radiator mount in the front. I threw away the old original one. My question is about the body to mount bushing mounting screw holes.
The new one has a bigger diameter hole on the passenger side. Driver side is smaller. Any reason the the passenger side is bigger????
