I have an 06 Toyota Access cab with all of the above not working. When I get a car wash I've noticed a few drips coming from the driver side. After about a year of owning the truck all of the above stopped working. Where should I start? I have checked the fuses

You say you have a water leak, I'd be looking at any connectors/components in that area for green crusties. The interior fuse/junction box/Body ECU is in that area and would be the common point for all that stuff so I'd be looking closely at that for water damage.
