My name is John and I’ve been driving this Tacoma for the past four years been in the Tacoma family for about 20. This last vehicle has been great. I’ve just hit 120,000 miles but since that time I’ve had this electrical or what seems like an electrical issue where the screen goes black and reboots within 10 seconds and as of late, I’ve also had a loss of power while driving on the highway. Gonna get a diagnostic done and try and figure this out, but I thought if anyone else had an experience like this and may know what’s up. I’d love to hear it. Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated thanks, John .

Welcome! Sorry to hear about that. You may get a bit more help posting in the 3rd gen section too. Good luck with it.

Fairly sure some searching here on the forum will find that the head is failing. It's not real common, but not unusual either.

Unless you are covered under some extended warranty, it's time to upgrade to aftermarket.

'Cause nothing Tacoma's came with are that hot anyway.
