Hi everyone, I am new to the forum, I have a 04 Tacoma v6 2wd, I have recently completely redone the heads, radiator, fans, thermostat timing belt, water pump, and all new gaskets, hoses, plugs, and it still wants to run on the hot side, unless I have my heater on high???? I have NO leaks, clean and clear exhaust, coolant is all good, it does not miss nor does it lose power!! I put almost $5k in it already, and can’t figure out what is the problem!!!HELP

Welcome :hattip: I'm having most of what you mentioned plus cam seals and a fan bracket done on Friday to my 99 SR5. You'll get a faster response if you post in the 1st Gen Tacomas section from the 'Forum' tab on the main page.

Just for clarity, is it actually running hot or is it just the gauge saying it's running hot? If it actually is running hot, what symptoms or indications or problems are you having? How hot?

And yea as @SecureIT2021 said, see if a moderator will move your post or delete this and repost in the 1st Gen section for better answers. And mention overheating in your post title, too.
