Hello all! New to the forum, but have been owning and driving Tacomas and High Lux’s domestically and overseas for the last 30+ years.

This was my 97. Photo taken in Truckee Ca on 2 June 99.

My 08 that I lost the transmission in March of 20. Had 280000 miles on it. It was the dawn of Covid and no repair parts in stock or even knowledge of they would ever come back in stock. Ended up wirh an Outback.

currently planning on getting my grail truck early next year. 3d gen quad cab with a 6 foot bed. I can’t shake the desire for a Sandstorm one. Insert 2LT after first deployment joke here!

I consider myself a Wilderness adventurer & Bushcrafter. Will be building it into a tripping rig to get me and my dog to places like Hudson and Prudhoe bays, the BWCA or somewhere in the Rockies as often as possible. IMG_8390.jpg
